A Meet & Greet is required if you are a new client, there is a new pet in your household, you move, or a sitter who has never been to your home is planned for overnight care. It is typically a 30 minute to 1 hour visit, but we do provide as much time as needed. Please be aware that any additional meet and greets are a $25 fee. This is to pay the sitter for their time and travel.

You pick the day(s) and visit length. We reserve a minimum 2 hour total time frame of visits each week and do the work of setting up your visits. No need to keep track of submitting repeated requests for visits on our portal!

*Day visits are defined as a 6 hour visit. The sitter is expected to spend the majority of the visit in the home. Please be aware that the sitter may leave the home to preform short pet visit(s) nearby.

**Additional hours are available at a pro-rated fee, pending availability.

Within 20.1 - 30 miles of travel - Starting rate is $135/night

Any sitter who is unfamiliar with your pets/home and is assigned to care for your overnight will require one of the two following options. (in addition to the initial Meet and Greet):

1. One 1 hour visit for the sitter to be introduced to the pet(s) & home by our team. (Pet parent not required). - $30 for cats $40 for dogs

2. A separate Meet & Greet with the sitter, pet(s), and pet parent. - $25

*Overnight visits are defined as a 24 hour period. We default to starting at noon and ending at noon the next day. Start time may be adjusted based on your request and our availability. Add-on hours are available at a pro-rated fee.

**Your pets are the main priority of the assigned sitter during overnight pet sitting. While we do decrease other assigned pet visits, the sitter may leave for other visits, errands, etc. The sitter is expected to treat your home as their home base during overnight visits. It is expected that the sitter does not leave pet(s) alone for more than 4-6 consecutive hours. For homes with dogs, in addition to AM & PM potties, a mid-day potty break is expected to be provided (unless the client/dog does not require it).

Specialized Care (Overnight Add-On) - $75/day
For overnight services with specialized care needs, strict schedules, or you would like to request no other jobs be assigned to the sitter during the time of your pet(s) overnight, a Specialized Care fee applies.
(Please inquire for more details, or to clarify possible specialized care needs. Some needs may be covered under our standard overnight care).

Holiday Pay Increases:

• Additional $5 per 30 minute

• Additional $10 per 1 hour visit

• Additional $20 per day visit

• Additional $25 per overnight visit

• Additional $5 per hour add on

Additional Pets (2 pets included in base rate per visit)
30 Minute & 1 Hour Visits - Each additional pet is $5/pet.
Day Visits (6 Hours) - The 3rd pet is $10, each additional pet after that is $5/pet.
Overnight Visits - The 3rd & 4th pet are $20/night, each additional pet after that is $5/night per pet.
*Discounts may apply to small (caged) animals, chickens, or other egg laying birds if they are the 3rd, 4th, etc. Depending on care needs.

Medication Administration (medication that requires administration through pilling, injection, transdermal application, eye drops, etc. ) -
$5/administration

Nail Trimming -
Add-On to a visit is an additional $10/pet. As a stand alone service, $25 for the 1st pet and an additional $5/per pet after.
